Village Psychic on Noguchi's original playground design for Central Park, which predates skateboarding by a couple of decades whilst somehow seeming as if it were designed with specifically skateboarding in mind.

According to a reliable source (Dave Caddo, duh 😉), the playground's implementation was blocked by the Robert Moses regime, yet another small example of Moses' absolute failure to create human-scaled spaces in the City.
